    Namaste! Welcome to Nepal, the land of mountains and vibrant cultures. Your journey begins with your arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a representative of Yolo Hike and escorted to your Hotel. Take some time to rest, and immerse yourself in the bustling streets of Kathmandu, a melting pot of diverse cultures, traditions, and history.

      Today, we mark the road as we embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Dharapani. Buckle up and get ready to be charmed by the breathtaking views of terraced fields, traditional villages, and snow-capped mountains as we traverse through winding mountain roads. As we continue our journey to Koto. We will drive through stunning scenery as we pass through dense forests, cross suspension bridges over roaring rivers, and soak in the natural beauty that surrounds us. The drive is however difficult and you will be tired. Upon reaching Koto, a quaint village at an altitude of 2,600 meters, we will prepare ourselves for the trekking adventure that lies ahead.

        Today marks the beginning of our trek as we set foot on the trails of the Nar Phu Valley. The trail takes us through lush forests, along the pouring Nar Phu River, and past charming villages adorned with colorful prayer flags. As we ascend higher, the landscape changes, and we find ourselves within rocky terrain and stunning hills with mountain vistas. We finally reach Meta, a remote village nestled in the lap of the Himalayas, where we will rest for the night.

          Get ready for a day of exhilarating trekking as we make our way to Phu, a hidden gem of the Annapurna. Along the way, encounter yak herders, mule trains, and fellow trekkers from all over the world, each with their own stories and adventures to share.

                      As we reach Manang, get struck by the blunt contrast between the ancient traditions and modern amenities that coexist in this remote town. We will explore the narrow streets lined with traditional houses, visit ancient monasteries, and indulge in delicious local cuisine. We also take the time to rest and rejuvenate, as we prepare for the final leg of our journey.

                        Today’s journey begins from the traditional and remote town of Manang. We will trek through the narrow cliffs to reach Khangsar village. As we ascend the trail, we will be rewarded with the pictursque Chulu and Gungang mountains to recover you from your harsh journey. We will also pass through ancient monasteries in the trail. The trail from here can be extended to Tilicho Lake, continuing the trail we will make our final ascend in a deserted and unhabituated trail crossing through Thorong River to stay overnight at Yak Kharka.

                          Leaving Yak Kharka behind, we set out towards Thorong Phedi. The trail takes us through barren landscapes, rocky cliffs, and icy streams, as we gain altitude and the air becomes thinner. We ought to be mindful of the altitude and take breaks to rest and properly hydrate, listening to our bodies and being in tune with the rhythm of the mountains.

                          As we reach Thorong Phedi, we are greeted by the awe-inspiring sight of the Thorong peak towering above us, its snow-capped summit seemingly touching the sky. We will settle into our teahouse and spend the evening in quiet contemplation, preparing ourselves mentally and physically for the epic challenge that lies ahead.

                            The day we have been anticipating with a mix of excitement and adventure to Nar Phu has finally arrived - we attempt to cross the challenging Thorong La pass. We start before dawn, bundled up in layers of warm clothing, and set out on the challenging ascent. The trail is steep, rocky, and challenging, and the thin air makes each step feel like an effort. We push ourselves beyond our limits, drawing on our inner strength and determination to keep going.

                            As we reach the summit of Thorong La pass, we are surrounded by a surreal landscape of snow-capped peaks, vast glaciers, and rugged valleys. The panoramic views are simply breathtaking, and we are filled with a sense of reverence for the mountains that have tested our limits and pushed us to new heights.

                            The descent from the pass is equally challenging, as we navigate through narrow trails and steep slopes. We pass by frozen lakes, ancient caves, and pristine meadows, each a testament to the raw beauty of nature and the wonders of the Himalayas.

                              We reach Jomsom, the gateway to the Upper Mustang region, and take a moment to reflect on our incredible journey. We have traversed through some of the most beautiful landscapes on Earth, challenged ourselves physically and mentally, and gained a new perspective on life.

                                Our trek in the Annapurna region concludes with a flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, a scenic lakeside city nestled in the foothills of Annapurna range. As we soar above the clouds, we can see a bird eye view of mountains and small settlements and we carry the mountains with us in our hearts, forever a part of our soul. You will be transferred to your Hotel, you will freshen up and experience some of the major location in Pokhara. We will explore Davids Fall, boating in Phewa Lake and other location depends on your preferences.

                                  Today, we will drive through the edge of Marshyangdi and Trishuli River. We can drive in a scenic hills and twist and turns to reach Kathmandu. You can alternately take a flight which will be 25 minutes and half hour drive from Airport. If you choose to take a flight, you will have plenty of time to explore the UNESCO sites and other major attraction that you don’t want to miss in Kathmandu.
